Rive Caedo Jedi Grand Master Joined: 02 Dec 2005 Posts: 8294 Location: Kallibann Repair appointment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. I wonder if Apple gives loaner computers while yours is undergoing surgery? Hm... I have Chapter 5 (still missing the bits with Rive, Abba, and the rest of the gang on the shuttle I want to add in) sitting on a USB drive in my pocket - but no working computer to plug it into! I guarantee it But seriously, I don't know why I haven't finished it. It's basically done (as well as parts of Chapter 6 and 7) - and is still sitting in my pocket on a USB drive with just a few missing paragraphs in the middle. Rive Caedo Jedi Grand Master Joined: 02 Dec 2005 Posts: 8294 Location: Kallibann Devrin asked for an update on when DotF (see sig) would be starting, so here you go. Things are still up in the air in regards to exact time, but, based on previous years, you're probably going to see 1-3 chapters of Lies of Bakura in October/November, then however many chapters it takes for me to get the storyline carried forward to where I want DotF to start in December. With any luck, the first post of DotF will be on January 1st - exactly 2 years after Venom of the Empire started. Also: To anyone and everyone that has had character's involved in the previous 3 roleplays (well, 2 and a half)... Feel free to respond to this with answers to these questions if you want to affect how I characterize your characters in Lies of Bakura. My characters tend to... 1. Fight for... a.) Their home. b.) The galaxy. c.) Themselves. 2. Respond to dire situations by... a.) Not getting into them. b.) Getting out of them ASAP by any means (IE: Retreating) c.) Standing their ground and trying to resolve it. d.) Panicking. 3. Are most afraid of... a.) Gundarks. b.) Death (others or themselves). c.) Pain. d.) The dark. e.) Loss of control (of their situation). f.) Loss of control (of their emotions). _________________ May The Force Be With Us, Always

In other words, I'm really - really, really going to try to have things wrapped up by the end of the year. 4-6 chapters. Don't expect to see many more illustrations in them though.
