Koh-to-ya! Just a few hours until episode 3 and I'm still finding neat stuff for episodes 1 and 2!
In addition to previously mentioned short comics that take place before episodes. They're apparently also going to do some fun little in-universe "Holonet" radio shows occasionally - similar to how they did the Holonet news articles online between Episodes I and II.
If you listen to NPR, or watch PBS or BBC (or other country equivalents) you'll find it fairly amusing. It also has elements of World War II era broadcasts.

Also, in addition to putting the full episodes up online, a brief commentary clip for each episode has been put up.
