That's generally the case even in American urban areas - though most people aren't even aware of it since the caps are around 25GB
Actually, they're probably higher now. That was 4 or 5 years ago I was looking at caps and speed ratings for ISPs around the nation. |
Holy crap, yeah that's huge. We're upgrading next month so we get 21 GB on-peak and, assumably, 42 off-peak (since you get twice as much off-peak as on-peak) so that should eliminate my worries. _________________
