I mean no disrespect to your time and effort Rive but I think you shouldn't worry too much about a "battle system". Because the whole point to do a RP is to have fun and I, nor anyone else I think would want to keep remembering and remembering, " oh wait I took 5 points of damage ", or " Ok I have 13 points banked and I just attacked with an offensive score of 8 and he has 6 defense so I hit him for 2 damage ". Don't use it, maybe glance at a few of the duels if anyone does start using it for fun to see who's winning, and keep doing normal roleplays. Byas: Wait? No hold on I think I didn't catch that, I'll have to read it again. No no... This can't be right at all, someone thinks it's NOT complicated? Oh dear, my quest to ruin the boards and force everyone to use my incomprehensible battle system is obviously in danger of failing, I'll have to add some more rules! All kidding aside, I'm glad SOMEONE understood it. If this system was ever completed then in the "skills" section there would likely be a high cost skill called "Double Blade Speciallization" which would drastically increase the base offence and defence moreso than Single and Twin bladed specialization, (though for balance they would also have high cost skills that would allow for some strategy, an example being that twin bladed saber would be able to enter "Fury" once every few rounds which would cut their opponents base defence in half) _________________ "It's difficult to tell from this vantage point whether they will consume the native humanoids of this galaxy or merely enslave them.
