General News: Updated July 1st

June 9th, 2008: - Main Administration powers transferred to Rive Caedo. - Chat box removed (at least temporarily). - Quick Reply feature added to the forum. Could be removed based on feedback. - Obviously outdated banners at the bottom removed. Others remain (for now). - Site tag reformatted. April 8th, 2008: - All Jedi Ranks have been revamped. If there are any problems, please state them in this thread. - Due to this revamping, avatar regulations have been increased from 135 pixels wide by 135 pixels tall to 150 pixels wide by 135 pixels tall. - The conclusion to the Battle For Centerpoint Station should be posted at some point this week. Battle 3 should be posted by this Sunday following Centerpoint's conclusion. November 4th, 2007: - A general restructuring of the forum's organizational structure and a cleanup of out-of-date stickies has occurred. Sections are now split into "In Character" and "Out of Character" in order to draw further emphasis to the roleplaying board and for ease of use. Notably: all topics from the old "Forum Rules and Guidelines" section was combined into the "Forum Rules" thread (now renamed "Forum Rules and Punishments") then the Forum Rules and Guidelines section was merged with the old "Announcements" section to form the new "Forum Rules and Announcements" section. Also, all Star Wars Universe sub-forums have been merged back into simply Star Wars Universe. Several threads were moved out of Star Wars Universe and Other to form the new "The Universe" section. People that were having problems with pop-up ads showing up, please say if you're still having those problems. Quick reply has finally been added, but I'm not sure if I like it. There's a discussion thread in the Ideas section. The site description has been changed from... "A great Roleplaying commuinity for all star wars fans!  Join as a Sith, Jedi, Bounty Hunter, or any faction!" to "A great discussion and roleplaying community for all Star Wars fans!" The lack of capitalization of "Star Wars" has always bugged me. Even more so the misspelling of "community" This is still a roleplaying community but the majority of our posts these days aren't roleplaying related, so I thought the site description should reflect that. _________________ May The Force Be With Us, Always
