I'm gonna say Yoda was the best in the old republic. Unfortunately I can't say for the old old republic because KOTOR WON"T WORK WITH WINDOWS VISTA!!!!!!!! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!(I throw all the disks for KOTOR into a vat of liquid nitrogen and throw them out a window.)

That's a nice way to handle things. A think Kit Fisto was the coolest (not the best) Jedi of the Old Republic. After that, it's all Katarn.
