Luke, easily, probably one of the most powerful Force Users ever, and definately the most powerful Jedi. As wise as Master Yoda and as powerful as Master Kenobi.

Obi is better. Luke was never fully properly trained.
Obi beat TCO.. Your a bad*** if you beat TCO. I mean Luke beat him to.. but that wasnt until after Obi put him in there.. I mean all Luke did was cut off his hand.. Look what Obi did 
and Xander I believe it is As wise as Master Yoda and as powerful as Master Windu.

I know, I adapted it for Luke. 
Luke would put up a fair fight against Revan I believe, he is extraordinarily powerful.
