After watching Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk, and feeling that both Marvel and Universal Studios have been doing a good job - plus add in an awesome cameo at the end of TIH - I started researching to see what Marvel had in store for us next.
Once I found Marvel Studios on IMDB.com, I found that there are going to be nine movies in the next three years coming from the Marvel universe. These include: Thor, X-Men Origins: Magneto, Iron Man 2, The First Avenger: Captain America, The Avengers, Doctor Stange, Dethlok, Ant-Man and Luke Cage.
The rather limited information on the upcoming movies can be found here: Pwnage!
Thoughts?

Dethlok? O_o
Anyway, among those - there's also these.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Nick Fury, Venom, and Spider-Man 4.
I wouldn't be surprised if Luke Cage, Doctor Strange, and maybe Nick Fury never see the light of day.
Talen D'aar
Dethlok is like a cyborg guy. Basically, another Robocop.
I think Nick Fury and Doctor Strange will make it. Nick Fury is rumored to have a prominent role in Iron Man 2 and Doctor Strange could be bring a new aspect fo the "Harry Potter" mania for Marvel.
If any movies are canned, I'd put money on Ant-Man.
Rive Caedo
I'm betting Ant-Man will make it because they'll be able to make it more comedic than the other films - it'll be a nice break and give people a breather between the more action heavy movies.
Lord Vexen
Ant-Man is gonna make it, but only because his movie is vital to the Avengers movie they wanna get out.

My prediction: Anything not related to the Avengers is going to be quickly scrapped. Luke Cage, Venom, Spiderman 4, Magneto movie, Doc Strange? Forget about it. Avengers all the way.
I only see bad things for Marvel and Universal if they attempt to rush 9 movies out in a three year period. They will all suck if it is attempted.
Journey
Can't wait for the Cap movie, both him and Iron Man were my favourite comic book characters back in the day.
Jaden Nightsaber
Journey?!
The only comic book movies I'm really looking forward to are Watchmen and The Spirit.
Journey
Jaden?!
One of my mates mentioned to me when we were out the other night that supposedly that Watchmen movie is going to suck (Insider information... apparently :S). I think that is due to the high standard that the Graphic Novel reached (Being that it is supposedly the greatest Graphic Novel ever).
So whilst I am looking forward to it, I am prepared for it to blow.

Kevin Smith liked Watchmen.
Kevin Smith wrote:
“I saw Watchmen. It’s ******** astounding. The Non-Disclosure Agreement I signed prevents me from saying much, but I can spout the following with complete joygasmic enthusiasm: Snyder and Co. have pulled it off. Remember that feeling of watching Sin City on the big screen and being blown away by what a faithful translation of the source material it was, in terms of both content and visuals? Triple that, and you’ll come close to watching Watchmen. Even Alan Moore might be surprised at how close the movie is to the book. March can’t come soon enough.”
I'm expecting The Spirit to be fairly lousy though. The trailers felt like they were trying too hard.

Ach well then, there you go. Somehow I trust Kevin Smith's opinion of a graphic novel/film over my buddy's.
Cheers for that.

The resemblence to Sin City (which part 2 is coming out) is uncanny.

Can't wait for the Watchmen movie. I was reading about it today and I started drooling.

Watchmen=Win

Luke Cage + Thor + Magneto (WTF?) + Doctor Strange + everything else other than Avengers and Watchmen = EPIC FAIL!

Don't diss Doc Strange of Magneto.
And Luke Cage and Thor are part of the Avengers...they need those movies to be made first.
Rive Caedo
Thor is, but I don't think Luke Cage joined until later on.
Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Thor, The Wasp, and Ant-Man.
I don't think they've mentioned using Wasp though...

He'll most likely be involved in another movie.
Talen D'aar
And don't forget Wolverine. They might be doing his origin story because he used to work with Captain America. So if they do that one, he'll most likely be in the Avengers.
Sephiroth
I plan on seeing them all, then when one or two suck I can rant about it here.
But, I'm most excited about Thor. Such a great character, and I hope they get a good actor to play him.

Maybe I misworded that. I mean those movies all have the potential to be great, but releasing them all in such a short amount of time is not a good thing. I think you can all understand why. I'm still not too excited about Magneto. I was never a huge fan of that character. Wolverine is something I would like to see as well as the Thor movie.
So, new discussion maybe. What will be the point of the Avengers movie? If you haven't seen the Incredible Hulk, don't click the spoiler tag.
Spoiler:
Bruce Banner escapes at the end of the movie and can seemingly control his power. The Avengers, led by Tony Stark, hunt him down
. I'm also going to do some research about the movies when I get a chance. I'll post whatever it is that I find.
