The quotation spamYep, as of late its been ticking me off when i start reading a thread, instead of seeing other peoples ideas, they constantly do stuff like Yes.This elimated my one word post. etc theirs no input into the conversation. that was just the first wave, now we have the quotation spam  yes, a new kind of spam which is infecting the boards *insert map of evil percejntage of natural board posters being taken over by, Code name Quote*
Yep. its been ticking me off for a while going through posts only to see people quoteing other people, and adding no additonal input, sure you could say thats what they was gonna say but heck its still doing my head in..
Anyway just wondering about your thoughts.... and i swear to god first person to quote this and not add any additional thought gets  
Anyway rant over, just needed to get that outa my system

But seriously, yes, I have pointed that out a few times when it gets over the top, but it does need to stop. Quoting other people and not adding anything to it is as bad as just posting smilies, if not worse.

I see where you're coming from with this because sometimes it does get over the top. But I think that it is permissable sometimes. If someone says exactly what I would have put in a poll thread I'll just quote them and say how they got it right. But then it gets into a whole page of people quoting others. So I agree.

It's okay... to a LIMIT!
When people just go off quoting people just for the heck of it, that's when I roll in the Black Marks.
And also, about the whole "This line elimates my one word post" thing. When anyone does that, I won't think twice about giving a Black Mark.
So don't say we didn't warn ya'll if you get Marked.

But yeah, I blow my top everytime I see someone say "Yeah. This sentence eliminates my one word post."
We should just delete the announcement Brian made, because its pretty useless.

Yea, everyone can probably think of something semi intelligent to add to just the word "yea" or "no" if they think about it for 5 seconds. And same thing with just quoting.
