Well to me the best theme has to be "The Force" I don't know why but I like it lol.

It's called "Anakin's Dark Deeds".

It's the one with the choir belting it out while Anakin is killing the Seperatist Council and Palpatine is declaring the Empire. After the loud-crazy-chorus bit, it goes into this beautifully haunting section that plays while Obi-Wan is talking to Padme and he tells her Anakin is evil.

It's $0.99 USD on iTunes, Revenge of the Sith soundtrack - definitely worth that plus tax.

Battle of the Heroes, The Opening of the ROTS,(not the one on the cd, but online they released the entire soundtrack, and it had the drum beats, gotta love that.) Mace vs Palpatine, the Asteroid Chase, Imperial March, Escape from Cloud City, and the Force Theme, (one with the sunset.)

I'm really fond of the opening of Revenge of the Sith lately (well, for the past two and a half years, I suppose), but the Imperial March and the Battle of Yavin both have timeless qualities for me.

The Battle of Yavin has always amazed for how perfectly it matches the action and pacing of the sequence. All of John Williams music fits really well, of course, and it wouldn't be Star Wars without it. But the Battle of Yavin is the only music/scene pairing that I can't imagine them being separated - they're one and the same.
