I have to go frame by frame, but it's easy, lol.
Like my cow avatar, I made it much faster (it was kinda slow ) and I made it smaller.

Yea people he's not talking actlly size but file size...I dont think its possiable.

It's possible. File size can be changed by size size.
You can just put the avatar on photobucket and use the link in your profile. That works too. (Link to off-site avatar.)
