Matter of Opinion, saying Hot Fuzz is a perfect 10 demeans my all time favorites which get 10s and 9s, and I wouldnt rate Hot Fuzz so highly.
And Face/Off, id give it a 6...

It probably deserves an 8, but I tend to factor "rewatchabillity" into my rankings and I'd never want to sit through Cast Away again
Also, I agree with Hot Fuzz as a 7. I'd probably give Shaun of the Dead a 7.5.
