You can't see it because it's a gas. I don't believe in global warming because to much 03 can result in global cooling which we should be in, but scientist are like "ZOMG to much 03 causes the Ozone layer to disappear" which isn't true since 03 protects us from UV lights (or rays whatever you wanna call them). Heard this on NPR today, didn't know it. Interesting history.
US President Harry S. Truman had to take out a loan almost immediately after leaving office due to there being no presidential pension program at that time. His only income was his approximately 100 dollar per month pension from his army service (which, incidentally, his 8 years as Commander in Chief did not count towards ). He turned down numerous money offers from businesses because he felt it would besmirch the office of the president.
The Former President bill - granting a 25,000 dollar per month pension to former presidents was passed mostly due to this somewhat embarrassing situation of having a former president in such dire straights.
