New subforumOkay, well.... um.... here's my idea:
With the new rise of the idea of having weekly adventure night roleplays the ammount of roleplays will add up. So will the ammount of characters. So, my idea is to have an adventure night subforum (or, even better, a whole new forum) so that these roleplays would have a special place, like the forum wars. We'd also have a subforum for characters (for profiles to build on previously created characters). Eh? So what'd you think?

If Advetnure Nights takes off succesfully, then I agree with that, I believe Characters already has a subforum (Profiles)

Yes, but in a short while, if people start participating weekly, then their profile sections will be overflowing with new characters. Imagine fifteen characters in a single post. My idea would be, for each discussion of each roleplay, people could post the profile of their character, and that could be edited into the first informational post of the discussion thread.

Well, I agree with Scion that its not worth creating a subforum until AFTER they're successful - and maybe not even then.
However, I don't think a profile section is needed. The entire point of Adventure nights is to have a quick adventure with a character you've never played before in an adventure with no concrete ties to forum canon.
The Adventure Night threads are supposed to take 1 to 2 hours, I certainly don't want people to be needing to spend 25-50% of that time creating a profile.
If people decide they enjoyed playing a character in an Adventure Night, they're free to turn that into one of their primary characters for regular roleplays - but then that would go into their normal profile thread.

Exactly. As stated before, these are short-use characters, not long term major characters.
