Myers vs...Well, I'm a huge fan of the Halloween films. Recently I watched Zombie's try, and I felt it was crap. But it managed to get me back on a Halloween kick.
So, a little bit ago I heard faint rumors of a Pinhead vs Myers film. I think it could work. So I'd just like to hear your thoughts on the idea. Plot suggestions, and other People for Myers to fight

I remember hearing alot abot a sequal to Freddy vs. Jason called Freddy vs. Jason vs. Michael (original right?). But this was before that writer's strike.

It will suck. Zombie slaughtered the first remake...and the kid who played Myers at the begining was ugly

He's Michael frakkin' Myers, not a bloody supermodel. That's Bruno's job.

But if you try to put reason behind why Myers is a murderer, it takes the scary out of it.
The old Myers was creepy because he was a normal kid, who then killed his sister. He just became evil.
The new myers was given a pity story. Which muakes him unoriginal, and less creepy.

Yeah, but the whole conspiracy thing was stupid. From now on, the Halloweens shouldn't include anyone from the Strode family...
He's better as just some creepy stalker without an apparent goal. Like in the first one...I didn't mind the sister thing, or the family thing.
But at least for a few films, he should be unrelated to the characters

I'll disagree, giving a backstory makes it more horrifying (In this case, at least). But I did prefer RZ's film, this first half was brilliant, when they focused on the man himself. THAT's what evolved it from slasher crap to a more legitimate pyscho-killer movie. The second half the first movie did better.

He did that first half so he could write his wife into his script...and as I said, the "beauty" of the first halloween, was that he was a normal kid who went bad.
Thus, it could happen to anyone hypotheticaly. It could be your neighbor, friend, brother etc. With the whole "white trash" thing it takes that factor away

The reason I agree with that is because it is generally the same story with all killers abiet with a few differences.

With Zombie's film, it seem's like they swear with every other word. I swear, and I don't mind swears as long as it's justified.
They were swearing for the sake of swearing
