going to try. Need some time to explore the baorsd and figure things out. I like how this site is active. I have looked at 4 other sites and they are completly dead. Seems like most haven't been active since like 2006. lol Glad to here with all of you starwars geeks. lol

This my my prediction: People are getting less and less interested in Star Wars since the trilogy ended in 2005. That's why people are leaving sites and stuff, and welcome to the site!!

yeah the cartoon is pretty cool, although I never saw the movie they released earlier this summer.
As for the interest have any of you played starwars kinghts of the old republic, and the second one, sith lords?
Both of those games frakking kick butt. i have completed both over a dozen times easily. I wish they would come out with a thrid. I pretty much only play the starwars games for my x-box.
As for online games I play a few online rpgs.
Do any of you play the swcombine (starwars combine) game?

It's more like 10 mm I got sick of it because I went somewhere to pick some dude up which took like a week then to return to the faction I was in which is called the Kathol Republic took like a month so after that I stopped.

I have a brother who plays in the combine. I went there for about a month, but it is boring. And of course I've played KOTR 1 and 2.

I have never played KOTOR. But since I'll get money this Christmas I'll buy it for my PC. Will it work on Windows Vista?

It was made in 2003, so it should perform, on full graphic settings as well. I prefer the Xbox version myself.

It was rushed and cut at the end to get it released on time. Therefore, there are incomplete quests and the like scattered around. A whole planet was cut out. There is a team working on restoring it for the PC version.
However, it is still an excellent game. I played it before I did the first, and the second, although with a weaker storyline, still holds superb gameplay, excellent graphics and great characters. Plus, far more items, characters and abilities than the first.

Indeed. I usually say something along the lines of:
KOTOR: An excellent RPG that will be spoken of in fond terms for decades to come.
KOTOR II: Another excellent RPG that lives up to the name of its predecessor.
... It's just a shame they never finished it.

I have both versions for Xbox and I love them both. I will still play them from time to time. The only thing is I haven't beat the second one on my 360 because it freezes in the middle of loading and I don't feel like starting over.

I'm thinking more on getting the second because I prefer the dark side over Jedi. Although I'm not sure if the title will have anything to do with the main charachter or if it's about the enemy.
On the note of the dark side, I HATED TFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Psh, easy G. Fun, just a bit weak.
As for your query on KOTOR, it's SO HARD to explain without giving the story away, but each game you can be either Sith, Jedi or Grey. Even though you are advised not to be Grey by the developers (Scion...)
The choices you make in-game affect how you are balanced in the Force - helping a beggar will give you light side points, where as killing him will give you dark side points. If you go to the extreme of either end, you get a bonus to your attributes!
