I celebrated one of the nights last year with some Jewish friends. It was fascinating, at least, to me. So to any of the Jewish faith, Gut Yontiff!

I'm jewish, but why should we have a Chanukah thread? IT's not liek it's all that special. oh wow, some guys went Che Guevara against some oppressing guys. So amazing.  Just delete this stupid thread.

Dude, there is nothing wrong with making this topic. It no different than any other holiday...
But yeah, I celebrate Christmas and not Hanukkah. Although, like Seti, I celebrated it once with some friends. It was pretty cool.

Dude, there is nothing wrong with making this topic. It no different than any other holiday...
But yeah, I celebrate Christmas and not Hanukkah. Although, like Seti, I celebrated it once with some friends. It was pretty cool. |
Why dont' we lump all the holiday threads into the Christmas thread, and make it a holiday thread?

No... Through my entire seven months as an admin on TDSL, I never thought of merging threads.
You can't merge threads, only split them. Because if you merged two threads, the system would logically put all posts in chronological order, but then its obvious they came from seperate threads, and would look cluttered and disorganised. I think thats why MFF doesn't have it.
