Forum Main TopicsI have time now, so, perhaps we could create a thread in Forum Guidelines (Its odd having only one thread for a forum) with a link to all threads in each forum, which is important in some way, and has the chance to be created by more than one person, perhaps to descrease the amount of threads created over and over.
I have the time, so I could gather the links if you want. Whattya think? TOS has done it to great effect.

Sounds good. There should totally be a section of links for me in there 
but if its done I think it should be a forum effort, make another thread in ideas for it and have people submit links. not fair to have one guy do all the work... even if that one guy does want a promo

What?? I fail to see what you mean Scion. 
But yeah, Dakoth we could do it like that, have a thread where everyone submits links, and then have someone sift through and add the ones that matter. And I'm not doing it for the promo. Is it to hard to believe I'm just being helpful?

Really? I count four threads for Halo alone, five faveourite songs/bands threads, and thats just at a quick sift through. It would be helpful to remove the clutter.

I actually sort of like the idea... I'd suggest you make the topic yourself (placing it in Other or perhaps General Star Wars) as a non-sticky.
Update it for awhile (reply to yourself to bump it when you do a significant update) and then we can move it to Forum Guidelines (or elsewhere) as a sticky if it seems like a good idea.

I like this idea. A directory has been an effective system in all major websites and systems in existence. The centralization of the forum's superstructure in one location could simplify the workload for the forum's staff.

We have a thread with links to random threads, some of which havent been posted in a while, while the real threads still exist, plus looking in this thread we wouldn't be able to tell if the thread has been updated and just waste time checking.

Scion brings up my only concern with this.. I think.. With such a directory necro-posting might ensue.. we would have to decide wheter or not to make an exception for it in such threads.
