Cimil's ship drifted through space. A mere spec amoung the galaxy compared to the massive stars. He sat, tapping his fingers on the dash board. He had dropped out of hyperspace ten minutes ago but was debating whether or not to stay. A republic exploration team had gone missing and a bounty had been posted. Tenthousand creds, except that was what was keeping Cimil in space.

A high bounty was nice, but that also implicated a high danger level. Cimil had no problem with danger. He loved a good hunt, but he wasn't looking to get killed. He had looked this planet up during his long trip and found some interesting information. Drabb, an unpopulated planet apart from a few minor villages had last been held by the Vong. Cimil could do the math. Reaching into his pocket he withdrew a coin. Heads, he thought,and I'll stay. Tails, and I go. He flipped the coin.

He waited a moment before looking down, heads. Of course. Cimil sighed, put the coin away and began his decent towards Drabb. Who knows, maybe I'll meet acouple other hunters.

Alumina

Jastin's large ship-which in an intresting fact was the discarded pieces of anceint ships and downed ships- "All right Barry this is the place?" Jastin asked with his ciguerette. "Yeah it is." Said a large suit of armor with a skull-like helmet. "Ok. don't kill to many people." he said when he noticed cimil's desenet. this could be intresting Jastin thought as he brought the ship down near Cimil's location.

Rive Caedo

Morri Reglash was packing away supplies into the spacious cargo hatch of his GAT-15 Skipray, "So how much have we spent so far?"

His blue protocol droid responded from the interior of the heavy starfighter, "Including the fuel used to get here?'

"Yes," Morri predicted the Droid's next question and answered it in advance, "AND the fuel it'll take us to get back to the core."

After a fraction of a second the droid calculated and responded, "9,631 credits - using the current exchange rate on Coruscant."

Morri sighed, even if they found the Republic team right now he'd barely break even, then shouted at the dusty blue droid, "And how much to upgrade your scanners so maybe you can find a team of people that aren't even hiding from us?!"

The droid ignored his master's anger, "Perhaps they're dead - or already gone."

Morri closed the hatch, "Well you'd better hope not, or I'm going to need to sell your arms for scrap to recoop our losses."

Cimil

Cimil's close range censors went off. The silence suddenly broken by the annoying scream of the alarm. Quickly Cimil shut the alarm off, silence filled the ship again. Glancing Cimil found the cause of the alarm, a rather large ship had appraoched him. Looking closely he could see the various weilds holding the many ship chunks together.

Cimil had seen the ship before, acouple times. But he'd never really spoken to pilot. If he remembered correctly this ships pilot had bought him a drink after Cimil helped him with his 'opposition'. Jastin? Well, either way he didn't mind having a little company.

Rive Caedo

Morri was now eating a small piece of dried nerf inside the small sitting area in the back of his heavy fighter.

The blue protocol droid was using the ships scanners to search the immediate area, "Perhaps we should join up with one of the other mercenaries."

Morri swallowed his bite and shook his head, "Wonderful, we're already barely going to break even and you want to split the earnings?"

The droid responded immediately, "Our odds would increase - going home with a cut of the earnings would be better than going home empty handed."

Morri grunted and bit off another mouthful of nerf.

Alumina

Jastin yawned. a small portion of the ceiling fell near Jastin inside the cockpit from a preivious Mynock attack on there larger ship. "you know we need this ship fixed Barry" Jastin said yawning. "Going to shoot us in the vaccum." Jastin said. this was the only ship not severlly damaged by the attack and if it kept falling there wouldn't be a ship left. "yeah, yeah, yeah whatever. besides, you'd be the only one boned.". Jastin muttered something about hutt slime until he turned to the metal man. "is everyone else in the hanger?" He asked as he yawned. "Yeah, why?" Barry repiled. knowing that the ship wouldn't get through the atmosphere. Jastin took off the skull helmet and climbed inside Barry. "Wh-what are you doin'?! G-get out ya slimely litt-" "shut up Barry." Jastin said intterupting the liveing suit. he grabbed a space suit helmet and put it one under barry's helmet. "Wha-" "shut up barry" Jastin said in a musical tone as he took out a blaster and shoot the window whicth sucked him out the dyeing ship. Since they were to far away from the planey for sound to travel Jastin was able to avoid Barry's complaints as he landed atop a ship near him. not knowing who was in ethier ship he used Barry's cleaver to climb to the cockpit and waved to the pilot while knocking on the glass. "There should really be a doorbell here." Jastin tried to say forgetting he was in a vaccum at the moment.

Darth Thilus

Alkto glanced from his navi to the ship window and cursed.
This wasn't right at all!
This was nowhere near Yavin!
He returned his look to the navi-computer and glared at it. Flashing with big font it was written all over the screen: "Yavin System." He punched it in anger, only causing himself pain. While sucking on his knuckles he disengaged the new navi-computer and re-enabled the old one. It was unrelieble and was known to cut power to his ship's systems, but he had to gain his bearings. He plugged in the respective wires in their correct places, sending sparks flying. The screen flickered for a moment and then died. Then the engine died.
Along with the lights.
Alkto howled with rage, and he was sure the entire system - wherever he was - could hear it.
