When you roleplay try at least to but other then that you don't have to.

Don't worry about proper grammar/spelling all that much. I'm sure you'll naturally swing towards using it over time, if you stick around.

Well not really for me, because I've spent so much time on my computer doing homework, or this, or anything, I've become a very fast typer, and can say thank you pretty much as quickly as ty, and thank you is better, because it's the correct form.

It's really up to you. I try to get people to use correct grammar but I don't force it.

I am the infamous Xander, though I didn't even realise it was a term used much, I remember it was used at one point but it died off when I made an effort to bite my tongue - err, tie my hands? - and not correct grammar.

I don't believe I greeted you with a proper welcome, so hello and welcome to the site.
Xander doesn't correct grammar often.... or if he does I don't notice (yay, Firefox saved me!).
Creating an Imperial pilot was an interesting choice rather than creating a Jedi and Sith, and it'll be fun watching what the character evolves into.
