DesirerothThis is a new planet I am going to use.
The layout of the land is filled with many forest, homing many dangerous beasts, and there are mountains to the northeast. There is a huge desert to the south that spreads for 100 miles or so. To the east, there is nothing but plains and fast predators. To the west, there is just a huge forest, which is easy to get lost in, if you don't know your way.
The people here are controlled by a dicatator. They are poor and there are mercanieries, and other lowlifes everywhere. It is a tough place to be as well. The people live in small towns, and are very superstitious.
The area near the mountains have caves and are prone to earthquakes, but the volcanoe is still active. They are many strange things to be find here.
(If anyone needs extra information, I will edit this to include said information.)

Jusik Tor gazed about the scenery. The planet, Desireroth, was peaceful and primitive. He glanced back at his ship, metal ticking slightly as it cooled. He'd needed to get away from it all. Mandalore was industrialising at a huge rate, and he'd been placed under many pressures to produce weapons - ranging from shields, to body armour, to blasters - and he'd needed a break.
Finally he was here. He grinned, setting about setting up his camp.

Dai'lar walked off The Übercannin and onto the forest land. He heard a screeching coming towards him, he whipped out his red saber as that something jumped at him. He turned toward his ship, "Make base!" Droids hurried out of the ship bay and started to build a tent.

Alkto stopped suddenly. He sighed. It would seem others were in the vicinity. He could sense them. Faintly, but they were there. He shook his head and cursed his weak powers. But he had to focus. They couldn't interfere.
He knew that the holocron was on the planet, and he had set camp outside the ancient ruins of what he hoped were the holocron library. He peered at the droid he had bought to navigate him through the forests, but it had broken down when they arrived here. He kicked what was left of the droid and turned his gaze to the ruins. They were shaped like pyramids, with wines growing and clinging to the facade. Ancient writings on the entrance existed, but they had deteriorated to the point where they were unreadable, so they were of no help. He peered into the thick forest and pondered about the others' business here.

Darth Etan felt a burst of anger coming from somewhere. He gently pushed with his powers to find out who it was.

He walked around, wearing his midnight black cloak the hood raised. He could sense everyone here. He wondered why they would come here. There was mainly forests and some ruins, which sometimes held traps. He would know personally, having almost been killed by one even with his honed reflexes. This planet could hold many dangers.
He gazed about with his pericing deep blue eyes, hidden among the many trees. He looked at a disgarded droid from a far. It looked out of place in this forest setting. He tilted his head looking at it and then looked away back towards the encampment he saw. It looked like someone had recently set it up. He used the force to speed himself up and then a force jump to jump onto the pyramids. From up there, the view of the forest and everything else was spectular. He liked watching the sunrise and set from the spot he was in. He didn't really do much exploration in the ruins unless there was something that intrigued.
That and he knew the forest like the back of his hand. He walked every place in area and even into the pyramid. That was where he almost died, but that was when he was way deep in there. The creatures that were there were good practice, since they were fast, agile, and incredibly deadly. He knew he was taking a risk everytime he went in there to not come back, but otherwise he had some fun in there.

Camp complete, Jusik started a fire as the sun started to set over the horizon, casting a blood red glow over the forest. Retreiving a stick from the forest floor, he speared a nerf steak, and held it over the fire, slowly cooking the small piece of tender meat.
As it cooked, he leant back, totally relaxed within himself. Mandalore had granted him this small vacation and he was eager to make the most of it. Tearing small chunks of the meat off with his teeth, Jusik slowly digested his meal, watching as the sun sank further, and darkness spread.

He watched the sun set. It was his favorite time of day, him being nocturnal, he was at ease at night when he was hard to be seen. He got off the pyramid and jumping down and then disappearing into the place. THe best creatures to fight always were the nocturnal ones on this planet.

Dai'lar then sensed joy, "What?" He turned in the direction of the sensation and force threw a droid toward the camp of Jusik.

Alkto was overcome with sudden emotions and sensations. Clearly some, or even them all, where Force-sensitive beings. Had they come for the holocron as well?
He stroke with his hand across the unreadable message on the valved gate. What should he do? His first thought was to flee, but they would probably notice his ship and either intercept him, or just shoot him down. He shook his head. He couldn't know what they would do if they found him, so he decided that he'd rather brave whatever traps might be inside the library, as they were buildt to test, not to kill; buildt to be passed.
He shivered. Someone was all too close. He wished he knew where, though. He shook it off, sighed, and continued his search for the opening mechanism.

He walked inside the around inside the temple. His night-vision was excellent and he could see just about everything that run around down there. His only light, though was his lightsaber, which was currently on his belt. He hadn't found anythying decent enough for him to fight yet, so he hadn't done anything. He could sense someone on the outside of the temple. He hoped he would be smart enough to open it, otherwise he was going to get mad and upset and probably storm off.
He went to the first trial, It was the one of knowledge. He answered the questions as usual, but they kept changing everytime. The strong things in this place were deeper into it.
He saw something fly at him and he ignited his green light saber, chopping it in half. He then turned it off. The creatures down here seemed to be attracted to light. And he wasn't one to draw attention to himself.

Alkto sighed. He did not have any luck opening the gate. He stepped away from it and eyed the inscriptions on it once more. He shrugged his shoulders. Perhaps this was just a test as well? Or perhaps there was a trap behind this gate? It lay wide open for anyone to see; some foolish adventurer just might stumble upon ancient teachings. In this light, he doubted this was the way in.
He stroke his right cephalic lobe and shook his head. He had to find another way.
|

He decided to go back to the entrance, and get something to eat. He had been killing the creatures down there for a while. He always made sure the traps were reset before he left though, just in case someone wanted in, they would have to be worthy of entering and passing the tests.
He opened the door pressing the writings in the right sequence, the door seeemed to hiss and grinding and go very slowly started to open. He hated how long it took, but he always stood back to allow for him to adjust back to the outside light. It always seemed brighter out there since the darkness in the temple seemed to abosrb almost any light.

|
Alkto's eyes widened as the gate started to make an awful lot of noise. It would seem as someone on the inside had activated it. Alkto swiftly stepped away amongst the trees to observe who, or what, was approaching.
|
Korrin
|
He stepped out into the open sky, his eyes having adjusted to the light from outside. He stretched out, yawning, and then he raised his hood, concealing his face into the darkness that it provided. He could sense someone nearby, using the force, and closed the door hitting the writings in the oppsite order that he used to open it. The door slowly closed, making that grinding sound again.
He went off to find something to eat. He was hungry after killing so many creatures down there. There were scavengers down there so the carcasses were taken care of properly.

His eyes were keen, and his memory as sharp as it was 200 years ago, so when the hooded figure'd vanished he snuck up to the port and pressed them in the order that the other one'd pressed them when he'd closed it.
Nothing happened.
Alkto scratched his right lobe and muttered. Was he supposed to be of a certain species to open it? Perhaps a certain kind of Force power is necessary to open it?
He sat down on the ground in front of the gate and grumbled.
Perhaps the answer wasn't as complicated as it seemed?

He went into a hunting state of mind. He loved to hunt, espacially at night. He forced jump silently into a tree and then waited for something to come up. He was a very patient person, which said alot for when he waited to go charging around like a maniac. He sat there thinking about what was behind the final door of the temple. It was something of great power beihnd it, that he could sense. But last time when he found something of great power, his family had ended up dead.
He shook his head, and then saw a big bird of some kind. He used the force to knock it out of mid-air and then he struck with his lightsaber, decapitating it and then he skinned it and then cooked it.
After he eat, he headed quickly back to the temple. He suppressed his force presence, so not to alert anything. He was near the structure, coming around from behind. Most places had two entrances, but he hadn't managed to find a back door yet.
He went around to the front side, running very queitly.

Alkto had been sitting there for hours, meditating about what he knew. He'd tried to force push the scribings. He'd tried to chant while doing it. Tried meditating while doing it. He'd tried too much to have any will to move on. But he needed that holocron!
Suddenly he noticed a faint presence once more. He frowned. Was he or she close? He stood up and listened.

"Okay, time to explore," Dai'lar muttered to himself. He glanced at his new base of operations, a medium sized tent at the moment, and walked off. He noticed something toward the south of his base, and headed in that direction, as he reached the area, he saw a huge temple. "Oh." Darth Etan then saw another figure meditating, then quickly stand up. Pulling out the hilt to his saber he stepped out, "Hello stranger, why are you here?"

|
Alkto's eyes widened. He started to stroke his right cephalic lobe again. It was but a nervous reflex.
"I'd like to ask you the very same things, stranger. Who might *you* be?"
He glanced at his left wrist. He had remembered to bring his wrist-mounted lightsabers from the Skipray it seemed.

Kad

Darth Etan glanced at the other sith's wrist as well. "I did ask first," Dai'lar said. He glanced at the temple then back to Alkto, "What's in there?"
|
Darth Thilus

"My name is irrelevant. As is yours. The only thing of importance is our purposes here; on this very planet; on this very site. I am here to retrieve something of great value to me. Now, what about you?"
Alkto put his left arm behind his back and fingered on his saber.

Jusik stood suddenly as a blade of ruby red pierced its way through the darkness. Unholstering his blaster, he crept down from the clearing he'd put his tent in, towards a cave, where two figures stood, one with a lightsaber ignited.

"I'm here seeking to be alone, which isn't happening," Dai'lar turned his saber off. Darth Etan sensed another being in the vicinity, he turned toward the person and force pulled them toward him.

Jusik struggled against the strong grip, "Who are you? What do you want?" He snarled.

Alkto buried his face in his right hand. What was going on? Who were these two?
He was still fingering on his left saber, wondering of he'd be forced to use it again after so many years.

Darth Etan chuckled and tossed Jusik near Alkto, "I am your fear of being alone." Dai'lar then turned toward the other one, "Now, tell me your name."

He stood in the darkness, watching the scene unfold. He wondered what he should do. Should he help them, but then there were sith, except for the one being pulled. He could help him, but two on one sith figthing didn't seem fair to him. Maybe, if he was lucky, he could persuade them into fighting him one at a time.
He did the stupidest thing imaginable. He walked right up to the sith, his lightsaber hidding underneathe his cloak, in his hand. "So How are you? A bit cranky I suppose since you seem to want to pull someone who couldn't put up a fair fight against you. No offence of course to you," He said to Jusik. "You must be pretty weak, considering the powerful siths don't do anything, since people fear too much to move on them." He grinned at him.
"Any way, Your looking for something inside the temple? You proabably wouldn't be intelligent enough to open the door. It's complex nature would be too much for your brain to handle, and you would proabably crack." He looked towards Alkto. "I know he was trying to figure it out. He looks smart enough to find the way, but you on the other hand, looks like you would try to use your so called power to open it. Of course though, it wouldn't work"
"But me, on the other hand, I traveled all the way down to the last door, so I know everything about this place. How about this, you let them go, or follow us, and then you let the other go." He was talking about Jusik at this point.

Alkto was stunned by the presence of yet another stranger. A rather rude one too.
This Selkath has never been the violent type, and felt no urge to strike him down although his manner did upset Alkto. Poor old Shekl thought about what the newcomer'd said.
In many ways Alkto was not a Sith. He followed their teachings. Craved power as they did. Manipulated as they did. But he was not one of them. He didn't despise Jedi either. He was but a lone wanderer lost on one of the many paths set out by the Force.
He decided to remain silent and watch the outcome of this.

Darth Etan flinched and forced some brush at the newcomer, then turned on his saber and brought it to his neck. "The hell? Great, we need even more people! Tell me your names! All of you!"
|
Korrin
|
"And why would I tell you my name? It doesn't matter to you, but to me it means everything. It is who I am. You on the other hand, what's with the sith always going with darth, or lord. Get some creativity, and mean comeon, your kind have been using the same title over and over again" He seemed like he hadn't even notice the saber at his neck.
"And what are you deaf? Why would you want to know my name when I know how to get in the place. How thick could one person be." His finger though, was very close to the ignition switch, should it come to that. He was still concealing his force presence, so he looked like some ordianary person. Of course, he wasn't though.
"You got three options, One you ask our names, which would proabably take awhile for me to tell you mine, option 2 I just walk in the temple, and shut the door behind me, leaving all of you out here, or the third option, I fight you, and maybe I might win, maybe I won't. I would hope I would though, otherwise, that would kind of suck. I mean I would come back through the force and just drive you crazy talking to you about how stupid one could be. I mean you are in a league all you own in that subject." He looked straight into Darth etan's eyes, with his piercing deep blue eyes.
"Wait, I forget an option, I could just act like I fall backwards, actiing like i'm scared ofyou, and grab some dirt and toss it in your eyes. Of course, the scared act would only boost your ego of 'power' even more"
He was grinning again. "And of course yopur reply is?"
|
Darth Thilus
|
Alkto burst out in a shout of irritation.
"Silence! All of you!"
He turned to the one who most recently joined them.
"You! Quit jestering and give us a straight answer, or I swear to higher powers that my patience has run dry and I will make rid of you!"
He turned to Jusik.
"You'll do the same. This entire undertaking has become all too tiresome without the likes of you..."
He now turned to Darth Etan.
"I sense you are a Sith, am I right? If so, then I suppose you are the most trustworthy of these... imbeciles. Mayhap we can come to an agreement, you and I?"
|
Kad
|
"Darth, it's the title of power..." He then thought for a second, "No, no agreements, I can have my army come along if you want. Just about a hundred droids, and they will sear your flesh, that's a great agreement I suppose... Or, just tell me your god forsaken names." Darth Etan was getting pissed, his eyes stared back into the newcomer's, then he looked over to Alkto and then Jusik.
|
Korrin
|
He lsitened to Alkto's burst, and his proposal to the sith. "Imbeciles? Wow, you have get to work on your vocabulary. i'm mean come on, you could have used something more colorful. And quit jestering? I am having so much fun though, trying the so called sith's patience."
His peircing dark blue eyes met the sith's that was staring at him. "and you, I don't even know where to begin. So I'm going to just ignore you. And your so called army, only hundred droids, that's so weak." He then went to ignore the sith. He thought for a moment about whether he should or not, and then decided to.
"Anyway, I'm Korrin, since ignorant sith here wants to know. And I'm going inside the temple. So you ladies later, and no I don't mean you, the only non sith here, bedies me." He walked up to the temple's door and his eyes went blinding fast, and his cloak was covering the runes he was touching. The door opened, and he slide underneathe it when It was big enough for him and then closed it quickly so no one else got through. His laughter could be heard on the other side of the door, if one had good enough hearing.
|
Darth Thilus
|
Alkto spit on the ground and snorted. He tried to give the impression of self-confidence and attitude, though in truth he wanted to flee the field.
"Very well, my name as a Sith is Darth Thilus, though I don't know what my name may be worth to you..."
|
Darth Thilus
|
Alkto peered around at the ones present.
"Well?" he asked. "What are we going to do about this situation?"

He stood on the otherside of the temple door having left the others. "Wow, I told them twice I knew how to get in and they didn't do anything about it. The must be wierd sith." He started going down the familiar path and went silently through. He knew where all the traps where, what creatures were down here and such things. Nothing suprised him anymore, except for probably what was behind the last door.
He took a deep breath and let it out. This was going to be an interesting time if they ever figured out how to get in.
