Background: (A brief history about your character)
The new system will go like this: everyone is going to get 100 Force points. These points will be placed into a list of Force powers. The more points a member puts into the category, the more POTENTIAL they have in that area. It has nothing to do with actual ability or mastery of those areas, just potential for growth.
I will point some things out. First, EVERYONE gets ONLY 100 points to use. From jedi Abba down to the new Force Sensitive, everyone gets the same potential. Second, you do not have to put a point in every area. You can choose not to have any powers in a specific field. You can choose to put ALL your points in a specific field, that is up to you. This is YOUR character.
However, if you choose not to put any points into a field (like telekenisis) then you will NOT be able to use TK. Also, just because you put all your points into an area does not mean you are automatically a master of that area. That means that you have the potential to become a great master and a very powerful user of that field.
It seems that there is a great difficulty in figuring out the Force Points system. So, I am going to try to explain it in as simple terms as I can.
Each field is arranged in a specific order like this:
Group A
Skill 1 (most basic in this group)
Skill 2 (slightly more advanced)
Skill 3 (more advanced)
You must have the most points in the least advanced power. Each more advanced power must be equal or less to the one above it. I will use an example of why we make it that you have to have more points (or potential) in a less advanced skill.
Group A: Movement
Walking: 10
Jogging: 10
Running: 5
Sprinting: 2
Notice, the skills got more and more difficult as they got more advanced. You cannot run if you cannot jog and you cannot sprint if you cannot walk. Also notice, Walking and Jogging have the same number. That is allowed, as long as Jogging does not get higher than Walking.
The good thing is this is uni-bio allowing Jedi and Sith to use the same thing. Anybody like this?

What the heck is this thread even about??
And if it is, like I am suspecting, a new "profile system" it will never go in place, and it is definitely not going to be something everyone will have to use.
Everyone has the free-will to use any profile form they wish. And anyways, I think that Lyn's way, even mine, is more detailed than that one.

I would like to see some "00b3rfication" of the current RP system.. but I dont think its gonna happen any time soon with the current RPeeps.

I just like the bio/profile the way that it is at the moment. It depend on how you do it. You can do it very detailed, like mine, very funny.... like Dakoth's, and veyr basic, like most of the people here.

Just a suggestion.

I think its fine the way it is. We have a profile system. If anything, push for TDSL to adopt this, because they don't even make profiles.
