Now just about everyone can make sigs Shocked

Well here are three I did today with photoshop:

Looks like I cut off Boba's elbow, but it was acctualy how the pic he wanted used was.

There are some pics that you could use. You can use different ones if you don't like those. And could it say dork of mordork (no capitals) in the font StoneHenge? Thanks. Very Happy

Here you go, Brian.

I changed the Shaak Ti pic, so it looked more like she was extending off the sig or whatever Razz

and you wern't specific on colors, so I just did it like my brothers.

If you want anying thing changed or don't like the pic I changed let me know and I will re-do it.

Well...I haven't exactly figured out how to do transparent yet, but I will work on it and try when you get the pics.

Well...actually, its all one font. I forget the name, but next time I post something in this thread and have photoshop open I'll post the name of it.

I thought it turned out really good, although you don't really see the background all that much.

That looks great. Very Happy

Only thing is try to get text (color and font) that match with the sig well. The font is good, just the color doesn't match as well. Overall it's great though. Very Happy

Okay, I'll try and do that for the next one better. In the past I have always just used a color I think would stand out well and be easy to read, but I see what you mean.

I actually think its better to do a color that stands out, the only time i actually think to use a color that blends in is if its for Characters. eg. Anakin siggy, use the same color text as most of that etc.

Here is a Superman/Lois sig I made. The pic of Lois from smallville isn't cut too well though, the pic I used was just really hard to cut because of her hair. There arn't many good pics of her from smallville and they all look just about the same.

And, yeah I did play Hockey. I play out in the street where I live but the nearest ice skating rink is in texas and there are no inline leaguees where I am so I don't get to play much anymore. I played some left wing and then at the end of my last season I played goalie.

What I Mean by Render is to cut the background away from the picture so that you only get the person.

I like the magnetic lasso the best. It works well with well lighted pictures and all. Sometimes if it misses stuff like hair and such I go in with the normal lasso and take it out. If its really small its kinda easy to just zoom in and erase it...I'm not to good at explaining this stuff Razz

I just like to set background as a layer, and then use the magic wand tool to erase everything besides the person

If I cut at all, I cut manually. It looks better.

But I usually don't cut. I figured out a way that looks better.

Pretty much, and I'm the sig I'm making now I'm using the magic wand...it pretty much just all has to do with what is in the background of the pic for me.
