A New Logo For a New YearSomeone suggested we should have a new logo for the new year, since we just passed the one-year-anniversary of the forum a bit back and we just now entered 2007.
I'll get the ball rolling, since I made the original logo.
Current Logo: "Golden Era: By Rive Caedo"
My Proposed New Logo: "Starlight Mist: By Rive Caedo"
Requirements for submissions...
No more than 130 pixels high
No more than 800 pixels wide
May not be animated
Must have star field background (Copy/Paste to expand/contract it to fit your needs)
Current deadline for submissions: January 7th (Sunday) at 8:00AM forum time.
I'll then post a poll [which will run for one week] with all logos submitted (keeping the current logo will be an option). The winner will be passed along to the Council for approval.
Prize: Your logo up there for a full year (pending Council approval)!

Oh and if a contest for this is already running in another thread, tell me. I couldn't find one, but the idea has been running around for awhile

To much has changed...The Logo is the one thing that still keeps the forum what it used to be..it wouldnt be rebels wit out dat logo...NEVA CHANGE IT!!!

heh heh, unnecessary since I'll run through this whole thread and compile all the submissions into a single list for the poll when it goes up (hopefully noonish on Sunday). Clutter won't matter.

Pictures are free to be placed in logo submissions, but keep in mind that we already have Jedi images load over there on the right side of the page. Lightsabers and such might work well though.

Opposite for me. The old one is okay... but I like the new one much better.

Sometimes people like new logos or objects merely because they are new... I want to see what other people come up with before I decide where I stand.

Or in this case because some prefer blue to yellow. 
I'll definitely look at the one's other people make, but right now I'm liking the one Rive posted.

PS I was a Jedi for allmost a year not to mention one of the original members.

Jaden's is pretty good... but sorry, not good enough for me.
I like Rive's right now.
The thing about Jaden's is it's kinda big, and a little plain, and the Aerobesh (SP) kinda clashes with it. But that's just me, it's still good.
