((Ok, I'll duel Dakoth first.))

Xander stood calmly in the duelling ring, awaiting the arrival of Dakoth his opponent for the day. He switched on hisd lightsaber, and lowered the setting, so it would merely sting Dakoth, and then deactivated the blade again.

Dakoth

Dakoth strode into the dueling room, an air of confidence about him as he surveyed the Jedi arrayed around the ring. Setting his robe down on one of the ornately carved benches, he scanned the faces for Xander, who had previously challenged him.

"Aha" he said in a murmer, spotting the Jedi who was already pacing about in the ring. With a deep breath, Dakoth stepped forward, and into the arena.

"Well then, shall we begin?" he asked, switching his blades to "stun"

"As you wish," Xander said, bowing courteously, taking his robe off and placing it outside the ring. He turned back, and ignited his blade once more. "Whenever you are ready, Dakoth."

Dakoth

Dakoth let out a grin, and then suddenly bolted forward, not even igniting his sabers until he was almost upon Xander. He twirled the blades forward and Locked sabers with Xander, sending a cascade of white and blue sparks down in every direction.

As the two struggled to win control of the lock, Dakoth muttered with a grin: "Start."

Xander flipped over Dakoth's head, striking out at his back from behind. Dakoth whirled and blocked the strike. "Now, really Dakoth, that is the most predictable strike. I teach all my students how to prevent any loss of energy through deflecting such a blow. Surely you can do better," Xander said, grinning.

Dakoth

Dakoth, shrugging off Xander's comment lunged forward, saber exteneded, aiming at the Jedi's midsection. Xander dodged to the side, avoiding the blow and striking at Dakoth's exposed arm.

Just what I wanted Dakoth thought triumphantly, dropping to the ground, causing Xander's swipe to miss. He then proceeded to kick out the Jedi's legs and hop back to his feet, sabers in hand.

Moving into the fall, Xander snap rolled, coming to his feet a few meters from Dakoth. He spun, continuing the momentum, and flew into the air, over Dakoth's head, and struck as soon as he was above Dakoth. Dakoth struck upwards, holding Xander's weight on his saber for seconds, and then Xander finished his flip and landed on the ground.

"Impressive," Xander said, smiling graciously.

"most impressive" Dakoth said, spinning around to face his opponent. He dropped into a defensive stance, awaiting Xander's next move.

Xander spun his lightsaber, feinting left of Dakoth, and slashing right, then immediately reversing his swing, and bringing his blade down to try to bring Dakoth's legs out from under him.

Dakoth

Dakoth, quite suprised at Xander's intricate move was forced to counter with a force push, sending the Jedi battlemaster back a few feet, stumbling. Dakoth immediately followed up with the ignition of his second saber and sending a high sweep at Xander, which was intentionally parried while his other blade struck low.

Xander bent backwards, leaning into the flip, but Dakoth's second lightsaber still struck his foot, and made it sting. Landing on his feet, he used the special Force Push his Master, Vikro had taught him, and sent Dakoth flying back to hit the opposite wall with a sickening thud.
